Fun on the Boat
One day after some skiing we went for a ride around the lake and happened upon a sailboat regatta, it was impressive to watch the skill of these teams as they maneuvered around the course.
Congratulations to Chayce for making the Dean’s list again.
- Freshman year complete, check
- Dean’s list both semesters, check
- Sophomore year fall schedule all set with 7:30AM classes, check
- Awesome apartment for next year (resembling a Vegas resort more then a college apartment), check.
Chayce began his EMT classes and has been busy attempting to save our lives on a daily basis. I think he may actually kill us with all the CPR and the other unneeded medical treatments we have received as he practices on us. Help, someone call a doctor!!
Brandon’s Junior year is now over and he is off for the summer. It is hard to believe he is now a Sr. in high school, time flies. He’s going to have a busy summer, football, work, and hopefully volunteering at The Seeing Eye.
Brandon started football practice and is working hard. He had conditioning practices after school and came home wiped out. That’s what he gets for not running on a regular basis . Once school was over he started summer practices every morning, that will continue until we come to Oregon, upon our return the real work starts.
The truth is we never see him.
Well, believe it or not, that’s about it for June. I didn’t travel much, one trip to California for a couple of days, but otherwise I was stuck in my office working.
Have a great July and we are looking forward to Grandpa and Grandma Ririe’s golden anniversary party at the end of July.
