Happy Birthday Kim! Kim had a relaxing birthday this year which included talking to friends and family on the phone. Both her boys called her from far away. We went on a hike out at Saguaro Lake and had a nice dinner at RA.
Brandon had his spring break from school (like he needed a break). We haven’t heard a lot of details yet, but what we have heard, sound like he is having a great time. For his break he and a group of friends traveled to: Prague, Ireland and Portugal. I know, hard life right?
What could be more fun then St. Patrick’s Day in Ireland?
Outside of spring break he had several trips in Italy and took a weekend trip to Spain.
I was in NJ and went to one of our favorite Bagel places and sent him this text. Normally I would get a text back telling me how unfair it was, but this time he one upped me!
I ran into this guy on a bike ride the other day. Clearly he didn’t want to share the trail. You can’t see him until the very end when you see his rattle, but based on the sound you can tell he wasn’t happy.
29 Years!
Kim and I reached the 29 year mark of wedded bliss this month. We kept the celebration to a minimum this year as we have some things planned later in the year, so it was a nice low key dinner. After 29 years, we deserve a break right? As you all know, we couldn’t have done it with out Kim being the awesome person she is.

Hike to Tom’s Thumb
I took a hike up to Tom’s Thumb with a friend of mine. It was a lot of fun in spite of the fact it was 12 miles (RT) and a pretty steep climb. Ironically there is a 4 mile route that involves driving most of the way, but regardless it was a good challenge and we had a great time.
Bakes In Arizona
We finished the month with a great visit from the Bakes. It was fun to have them around and only wish we would have had more time to do fun stuff with them.

The Bakes harvested this guys rattle, so ask to see it when you visit them.
