Summer 2016 Report

Rather than try and catch up on the year + We’ve missed, lets just start with an overview of the summer and attempt to keep up going forward.

Brandon’s summer internship in Philly

Brandon was able to land an internship for a company in Philadelphia and worked both at their offices as well as spending half his time at a client site in Delaware.  I was in town when he started and helped him move in.  He and I had a nice weekend in NYC before he started the daily grind.

We rented citibikes for the weekend and had a blast riding around.  It was such an easy way to get around and gave us a whole new perspective of the city.  It does take a devil may care attitude to survive, but we loved it.

World Trade Center – Freedom Tower.  Bit of a hazy day, but we went to the top anyways, very cool, I’d recommend it.

We took a ferry over to Governor's Island and rode our bikes around.  Great spot for taking pictures of Manhattan, and the ferry was $1, hard to beat in NYC.

Brandon looked cool traveling around PA in Kim’s new car that she loaned him for his 2 months in Philly.

Chayce Works in a Beautiful Place

We don’t get to many pictures of Chayce, but we do talk to him frequently and he is doing great and working hard.  This is the view from his office window… nice right?

Welcome back. Loved your pictures except for the old Lady parading as Grandma. Looks like you had great summer.

WE sure loved your blog. You do such a great job and we loved it. Love those boys of yours. Wish they lived where we could see them more often. Or just at all.

Love you big guy.
